  • there needs to be harsher punishments for lesser crimes... this guy already has a record and was still out on the streets.  if criminals keep getting let back out, the severity of their crimes will just escalate.

  • the cigarette bans were to protect nonsmokers, i dont feel like getting cancer from secondhand smoke in a restaurant.  those drinking within the legal limit arent endangering innocent people.

  • when i saw this story on the news, i couldn't believe how huge the tankers were and how tiny the boats were that the pirates were using.  it looked like there was a ladder along the side of the tanker that they were climbing up to get on board.  i dont understand why they wouldnt …
